Maximize Uptime: The Exceptional Serviceability of All Jobe Float Valves
When managing water systems for livestock, agriculture, or industrial applications, downtime is costly. Jobe Valves has engineered its entire float valve product line—including the Rojo, Topaz, Megaflow, and Vortex series—for maximum reliability and effortless, stress-free maintenance.

This commitment to easy serviceability is a cornerstone of the Jobe design philosophy, ensuring your water supply system remains operational with minimal effort.

Key Serviceability Features Across the Jobe Valve Range:
Standardized & Easily Available Service Kits: Jobe offers dedicated Service Kits for all major valve lines (e.g., Topaz/Megaflow kit, Rojo kit, Vortex kit). These kits contain the essential inner working parts, most critically the diaphragm or cartridge, and a new pilot filter. This standardization makes stocking repair parts simple and affordable.

Simple, Tool-Minimizing Repairs: The valves are designed for quick diaphragm replacement. For high-flow models like the Topaz, Megaflow, and Vortex, the repair typically involves removing just six screws or bolts to access and replace the internal diaphragm assembly.

The Detach System (Topaz & Megaflow): A standout feature on the Topaz and Megaflow valves is the quick-release Detach system. The main valve body can be removed from its base with a simple quarter-turn twist. This is critical because it allows a technician to service or swap the valve without having to shut off the main water supply or drain the tank completely.

Hand-Serviceable Low-Flow Valves (Rojo): The popular low-flow Rojo valve is designed for the ultimate simplicity. Its valve body often screws apart by hand for easy servicing, and the flow is engineered to stop automatically when unscrewed. The Rojo Service Kits can often be changed with no tools required, offering an unbeatable ease of maintenance for smaller applications.
